This beverage line bottled gallon syrup in plastic containers. The containers arrived already cased and capped. An operator removed the containers from the case and placed them on the bottle conveyor where they proceeded through a Dacam Decapper for cap removal and on to the filler. The cases remained on the case conveyor where they traveled down stream to the case packer.

All conveyor and equipment is very clean and well maintained.

The line originally operated with an auto uncaser and palletizer. As presently setup, it is a Manual Infeed and Discharge.
The line includes all related Bottle and Case Conveyors with Electrical Controls.

The footprint for this line is approximately 30 feet by 90 feet.

 

Line removal and loading included in quote. Specialized crating and skidding on a time and materials basis. We can also quote a palletizer and uncaser / bottle unscrambler as needed.

Filler purchased new to fill round gallon jugs of syrup at a rate of 35 per minute. It will fill round containers up to 6.5 inches in diameter. It currently has 7/8 inch nozzles. This is a gravity / vacuum filler.
