Line Description

Line is in a classic "horse shoe" shape ... occupying an overall footprint of 60' x 30' ... Line begins with an unpack table sized for slip sheets, Bottles travel down stream to the twist rinser and then on to the filler. Bottles receive either a crown or a 28mm plastic cap. After passing a ink jet coder the bottles proceeded through a warmer before heading on to the drop packer. Plastic trays were washed inline before the packer. The line will run 2 liter on every other valve ... it is running 8oz, 10oz, 12oz, 20oz and 2 liter. ... glass and pet bottles. Filler has a 10 head crowner and there is a free standing Alcoa 28mm plastic capper. The water treatment consist of an RO System, UV and Charcoal Filter with a fiberglass storage tank. The refrigeration system is complete and available with the line. The tank room has four open top, side agitator, mixing tanks. In addition there is a 13 ton CO/2 tank and pump; a carbo mix and tank washer; and lab equipment. The line is installed and ready for inspection.
